After graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Science in 2000, Dr. Tiam Jo Ee spent his formative professional years in Australia's countryside, tending to the dental needs of patients in the Echuca Regional Health public hospital. Being the sole hospital dental officer at that time, he managed the hectic public dental health schedules and frequently treated underprivileged and special needs patients. The returned to Malaysia in 2002 to begin his private practice.

Dr Tiam's initial interest in dentistry was sparked at an early age by wanting to help his mother overcome dental phobia. To this day, he still strives to allay misconceptions of dental fears, treating young and old alike with the same mind set of empathy and compassion. His special interests include cosmetic, restorative and paediatric dentistry.

Dr. Tiam’s venture into digital restorative dentistry began in 2017 and has since incorporated the 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner into his clinical practice of prosthodontics.
